XMX and midi modules

Hi, I’ve been successful connecting my metropolix sequencer to the XMX through usb and playing the sampler.
Is it possible to have two midi channels playing two separate sampler modules in the XMX?
Whenever I try to setup two channels of midi in the XMX, I begin to have difficulties.

it should be possible… on the MIDI module(s) just enable the channel that you require for that particular sampler.
or is that not working?

Thanks,I must of had the midi channels wrong because it is working now. I didn’t know that red highlighted means that is the channel selected. Also sometimes the Xmx freezes up when I try to edit it while the sequence is playing or sometimes a button won’t work like one of the arrow keys and sometimes even the screen turns all black and I have to restart the modular. It’s a little shocking but for the most part its doing fine. Whenever its playing and I’m recording I’ve never had a crash mid-song.
