I doubt it. The waveform we are referring to is local to the output circuitry, and I don’t think it has much of an impact on audio or CV. As thetechnobear said it goes away completely if you modify the waveform slightly. The original poster said they have a synthrotek case and I assume a synthrotek power supply. I’ve heard of quality issues with these power supplies in the past. I didn’t read the whole thread so I don’t know if the power supply was swapped, but that would be my first troubleshooting step.

and it’s certainly not related to USB ground loops because it is persistent even if you disconnect those
