Description of feature (short and simple): Currently we have some basic shapes for the granular window “text” from squarish to sine etc. Many more shapes would give us a lot more flexibility. So, can we have something like a wavetable to navigate more envelopes? Another approach is how Tastychips approached this in the GR-MEGA here: https://youtu.be/mav7oJWiswA?si=E-12QJcwbqkD8IiN&t=506 but adding a kind of AM modulation to the window shape with great results.
How will this feature improve the workflow or experience for all SSP users (keep it short and focused):
This will vastly expand the variety of sounds possible with the Granular sampler.
