Sampler not displaying start and length selection in some circumstances

Bug description (state clearly and simply): if I step out of the sampler module and then return by pressing [p] then the waveform just displays the beginning of the sample and not the selected start and length. I think this is related to the waveform box being sized incorrectly

Steps to reproduce (use numbered list): load a sample in sampler, place some arbitrary start and length, go to the nodes view [n], or load screen [g], now go back to the parameters view by pressing [p], the waveform is displaying the start of the file but not the selection.

Software version (blank if unknown): 13072022

so much potential, and yet almost there it remains

it is really cumbersome / sigh

-with zoom at 0 it doesn’t show the whole sample

when it’s a relative long sample (like 8 or 16 bars), you can’t even zoom/ on the sample beginning, you just have to wait when the playhead plays through the second halve of the sample to see what’s going on
a (small) bar indicating total sample (and it’s relative section/selection ) on (top of) one screen would be a added value
one (extra) screen with all eights sample slots and it’s relevant info would be another value added
