Hi I just bought a XMX and got it today. I can’t get it to startup. I tried different eurorack cases and remounted the XMX img file to the SD. For certain i didn’t plug in the power wrong.
Is there something else I can do? I’m getting a black screen.’

Update: I was giving up and then I was looking at the back of the module with a magnifying glass when I saw some dirt or dust on one of the pins of the power plug. I used a new toothbrush and cleaned it off. Later I woke up and decided to plug it in and it turned on. I don’t really know why that would of made a difference but that helped. Either way I’m in action now! Here I go guys. Sorry for bothering you Bert, on Halloween.
