New recordings get tagged date modified in the past

Bug description (state clearly and simply): when you do a new (IN) recording, the date modified of the file is wrong

Steps to reproduce (use numbered list): record a wav, see the date modified in your file browser

Software version (blank if unknown):latest

Type (major or minor): minor

Date of (output) recorder file not correct

the SSP does not have a network connection and cannot sync the time with a time server, and at the moment there is no feature to set date and time on the SSP.
