Encoder bug with Offset?

Bug description (state clearly and simply):

While adjust offset clockwise, if you spin too fast, the values start to decrease instead of increase.

Steps to reproduce (use numbered list):

  1. Open any tile with an active input signal
  2. Hold down shift and spin encoder 1 clockwise quickly

My values will start to go backwards after a certain speed.

I can confirm this behaviour.

In my case this also happens when scrolling through sample lists in the sampler or granular module.

Sometimes the encoder jumps much further down or up the list than I intend to;
Other times the encoder goes in the opposite direction that I intended to.
