update for preset system in MIDIBridge

It took a while but MIDIBridge now saves/loads all settings in all four cube panels.

I considered replacing the load/save buttons with a drop down menu and storing presets together with the application, but finally didn't do it because it would make it more difficult to provide useful presets with new sound packs i'd like to make available.

MIDIBridge's preset system was updated to include all new settings and I made some minor changes to the trigger notes, so it's more clear you can trigger the notes manualls and that you can change the notes by dragging them or typing them in.
